I am writing to thank you for all of the fine work you have performed for Kelly & me recently & over the last several years. If you will recall, you effectively and efficiently sold our home on Meadowcrest back in the late 1997(I think it was), you assisted us in our purchase of the new home on Whistle Stop in 1999. 3 years later, my career required relocation and again, you were the only realtor we felt comfortable with or even considered to list our property. We interviewed four realtors before listing our home. From our first meeting with Susie, she surpassed her competition. Susie arrived armed with a bound book explaining her services, credentials, and some initial comparisons for us to consider. What impressed us most was her upfront honesty about market conditions and all facets of the real estate sale as well as her willingness to complete a thorough Brokers Market Analysis including consultation with a local appraiser. Once we listed with Susie, we experienced the same superior service level throughout our whole real estate transaction. Trustworthy and conscientious are probably the best adjectives to describe Susie. In the end, we had a contract on our home for our target price within 20 days of listing. We would not only use Susie again, we would recommend her to our friends and family.
